If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please return it in its original packaging 
and in a resaleable condition, to Baby Egert within 14 days, and we will send a refund. 
When posting goods back to us, please obtain proof of postage as refunds can only be given once items are 
received by us.
Returned items which are deemed to be damaged by Baby Egert will not qualify for a refund. 
Baby Egert will not refund postage costs.
